- You must be over 18 to make a booking.
- A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance of the hire fee is to be paid no later than 2 calendar months before the date of arrival.
- The entire booking cost is payable at the same time as your booking if the booking is made less than 2 months before the start of the rental period and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit if the balance is not received by 7 days after the due date.
- We have accepted your booking when we have received your deposit.
- A cancellation charge is payable depending on the number of days before the rental period start date that the notice of cancellation is received. The amount payable is set out below:
- The accommodation may only be used by the members of the party listed on the booking form unless a written agreement is made.
- If the property which you have booked becomes unavailable or unusable for any reason prior to the start of the rental period, we will try to find a suitable alternative property. If this is not possible, you will be reimbursed any payment you have made to us.
- We will consider any request from you to change the booking date after it has been confirmed and accepted.
- By booking with us you agree that all guests staying must:
- act responsibly and carefully whilst at the Property, abiding by any property specific house rules and leave the Property, and all things in or at it, in the same state of repair and cleanliness as at the start of the holiday;
- report to the Owner any damage or breakages made during the holiday occupancy and pay for damage
- not smoke or vape in the chalet nor allow anyone else to
- not allow more than the maximum number of 4 people or 2 pets to stay at the chalet.
- at all times comply with any applicable laws and local or government guidance, and ensure that no guests or pets do anything which is illegal, or may cause unreasonable damage, noise, behaviour or disturbance;
- not enter the chalet before the stated arrival date and time without prior agreementand will leave the roperty before the stated departure date and time without informing the owner first
- treat people with respect and not act in a way which is abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing towards an owner, any member of their team, any member of the community in which the chalet is situated, or any of our employees. Any of these behaviours may result in the cancelation of your holiday.
- secure the chalet (including all windows and doors) whenever leaving.
- We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to visitors’ property.
- The cancellation of bookings must be advised immediately and then confirmed in writing, deposits are non-refundable. We advise all our guests to take holiday insurance.
