- Please phone or email to confirm availability of your chosen week or weeks.
- A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance of the hire fee is to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the date of arrival.
- The entire booking cost is payable at the same time as your booking if the booking is made 4 weeks or less before the start of the rental period and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit if the balance is not received by the due date.
- We have accepted your booking when we have received your deposit.
- A cancellation charge is payable depending on the number of days before the rental period start date that the notice of cancellation is received. The amount payable is set out below:
- The accommodation may only be used by the members of the party listed on the booking form unless a written agreement is made.
- If the property which you have booked becomes unavailable or unusable for any reason prior to the start of the rental period, we will try to find a suitable alternative property. If this is not possible, you will be reimbursed any payment made to us.
- We will consider any request from you to change the booking date after it has been confirmed and accepted.
- You must ensure that holiday accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition on your departure (including cleaning up after any animals) and all breakages and damage are reported and paid for. You may be charged reasonable costs of any additional cleaning which is considered necessary.
- We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to visitors’ property.
- The cancellation of bookings must be advised immediately and then confirmed in writing, deposits are non-refundable. We advise all our guests to take holiday insurance.
- Dogs are allowed in the bungalows on the clear understanding that they are not left alone under any circumstances. (see dog policy for more information)
- All our accommodation is non-smoking.
